Q. Where do I park?
A. Parking is available on 24 Street SW, 24A Street SW, & Underground via the Alley Way between 24 Street & 24A Street. If you are picking up a pre-paid online order, simply call us when you are beside the restaurant in the Alley Way between 24 & 24A St & we will bring your order to your vehicle.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Our restaurant is located at 2511 17 Avenue SW. We are a part of the Casel Marche building located at 17 Avenue & 24 Street SW. We are right next to J.WEBB WINE facing 17 Avenue SW.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, we do offer delivery. Our radius is quite large & delivery fees vary by neighbourhood. To get information specific to your address select Order Online & enter your address. You can also call us at 403.888.1200 & provide your address. Note: Larger catering orders placed at least 24 hours in advance can be delivered city wide for a fee.
Q. Do you cater?
A. Yes, we do a lot of large & small group catering. Orders placed at least 24 hours in advance can be delivered city wide for a fee. The best way to go about ordering for your event is to Order Online. If you are outside of our regular online delivery radius or prefer to phone in your order, call us at 403.888.1200.
Q. Do you take reservations?
A. Yes, we do take reservations. We are a busy take out & delivery style pizzeria with limited seating that tends to fill up quickly during busy times. We can accommodate up to 8 people in our dining area or up to 16 people on the patio. Please call 403.888.1200 to book your reservation today.
Q. How do take & bake pizzas work?
A. Order your take & bake pizzas, just the way you would a pizza we bake for you. They are made-to-order to your specifications. Make sure you indicate that you want the pizza as a take & bake, uncooked. You can do this online or over the phone. When it comes time to bake the pizza follow these instructions:
1. If you have a pizza stone place it in your oven.
2. Preheat your oven to 500°F/525°F.
2. Unwrap your pizza, leaving it on the cardboard
3. When oven is at temperature, slide the pizza from the cardboard to the pizza stone or a baking sheet.
4. Bake pizza approximately 10 - 12 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the amount and types of toppings. Be sure to periodically check on the pizza ensuring an even crispy golden brown bottom and well melted top.
5. When pizza is at desired bake, remove from oven, let cool, cut and enjoy!
Q. How much food should I order?
A. A Full 12" Pizza is generally enough for 2 adults with a regular appetite (Half pizza per person). A Full Order Salad or Starter is generally enough for 2 to 4 adults as a side or small snack respectively.

Q. What gluten free options are available on the menu?
A. The entire menu is 100% gluten free. We do not have any gluten on the premises.
Q. What halal options are available on the menu?
A. The entire menu is 100% halal. All meats are hand slaughtered halal and made from beef, turkey, or chicken (eg. Beef Bacon, Beef Pepperoni, Turkey Ham, etc.)
Q. What vegetarian options are available on the menu?
A. All salads & starter as well as over 50% of pizzas are vegetarian. You can also create your own pizza from over 30 vegetarian ingredients.
Q. What vegan options are available on the menu?
A. Most of the menu is vegetarian (see Vegetarian options above). Simply substitute the regular cheese for vegan mozzarella or no cheese at all on any vegetarian menu item. You can also create your own pizza from over 30 vegan ingredients.
Q. What dairy free options are available on the menu?
A. Only items with cheese listed as an ingredient have dairy. Simply substitute the regular cheese for vegan mozzarella on any menu item. You can also create your own pizza from over 30 dairy free ingredients.
Q. What environmental sustainability practices are you implementing?
A. We are essentially a zero waste premises. We reuse what we can and the little 'waste' we do produce is composted or recycled. All of our packing is compostable, biodegradable, or recyclable. Over 90% of our ingredients are sourced locally from natural & organic growers & producers. We are bullfrog powered to off-set our energy use.
Q. What are employment conditions like for team members?
A. While we expect excellence of our team through hard work, challenge and dedication to the craft, we also foster an environment of safe space, respect, reward, and balance. In an industry notorious for over working and under paying employees we work hard to be an outlier. Full-Time team members make a living wage and work no more than approximately 44 hours per week, giving them the time & resources to enjoy life outside of work.
Q. What is the Pie It Forward program on the chalkboard in the restaurant?
A. Pie It Forward is one of the ways we give back to the community that supports us. Its a Pay It Forward meets Food Justice program. The equivalent of a portion of sales gets put toward the program. We also meet customer contributions dollar for dollar. We then use that spend for feeding those in need, helping raise money for charities by donating gift certificates for silent auction items, supporting arts and culture, and various other 'do good' initiatives.
