Q. Where do I park?
A. Parking is available in the following areas:
On 24 Street SW, 24A Street SW, & Underground via the Alley Way between 24 Street & 24A Street.
If you are picking up a pre-paid online order, simply call us when you are beside the restaurant in the Alley Way between 24 & 24A St & we will bring your order to your vehicle.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Our restaurant is located at 2511 17 Avenue SW.
We are a part of the Casel Marche building located at 17 Avenue & 24 Street SW.
We are right next to J.WEBB WINE facing 17 Avenue SW.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, we do offer delivery.
Our radius is quite large & delivery fees vary by distance.

Note: Larger catering orders placed at least 24 hours in advance can be delivered city wide for a fee.
Q. Do you cater?
A. Yes, we do a lot of large & small group catering.

Q. Do you take reservations?
A. Yes, we do take reservations.
We are a busy take out & delivery style pizzeria with limited seating that tends to fill up quickly during busy times.
We can accommodate up to 8 people in our dining area or up to 16 people on the patio.

Q. How do take & bake pizzas work?
A. Order your take & bake pizzas, just the way you would a pizza we bake for you.
They are made-to-order to your specifications.
Make sure you indicate that you want the pizza as a take & bake, uncooked.
You can do this online, over the phone, or in-store.
When it comes time to bake the pizza follow these instructions:
1. Place Pizza Stone Or Pan On Middle Rack Of Oven
2. Preheat Oven To 525°F
3. Remove Wrap & Carefully Slide Pizza On To Stone or Pan
4. Bake For 8 - 10 Minutes Until Crust Golden & Cheese Melted
5. Remove Pizza From Oven, Let Cool, Cut, & Enjoy
CAUTION: PIZZA EXTREMELY HOT WHEN FRESH OUT OF OVEN
Q. How much food should I order?
A. The amount of food you require will depend on the appetite of those you are ordering for, the meal or time of day you are ordering for, budget, etc. Our rule of thumb for those of an average appetite eating an average meal is:
A Full 12" Pizza is generally enough for 2 adults with a regular appetite (Half pizza per person).
A Full Order Salad or Starter is generally enough for 2 to 4 adults as a side or small snack respectively.
Q. Can you accommodate my allergies?
A. Our menu has been carefully & thoughtfully crafted to assist those with dietary restrictions.

Q. What gluten free options are available on the menu?
A. All recipes are 100% Gluten Free.
We DO NOT allow gluten on the premises.
Q. What halal options are available on the menu?
A. All recipes are 100% Halal.
All meats are hand slaughtered halal & made from beef, turkey, or chicken (eg. Beef Bacon, Beef Pepperoni, Turkey Ham, Chicken Breast).
Q. What egg free options are available on the menu?
A. All recipes are 100% Egg Free, however, flatbread pizza crusts are processed in a facility and on equipment, in which recipes with eggs are processed. Procedures are in place to prevent cross-contamination, however we want you to know the facts so you can make an informed decision.
Q. What seafood free options are available on the menu?
A. All recipes are 100% Free of Fish, Shellfish, & All Other Seafood.
Q. What Low Carb & Keto options are available on the menu?
A. Most menu items can be made Low Carb, Paleo, or Keto Compliant
Substitute the Original Flatbread Pizza Crust for Plant based Low Carb, Keto, Paleo Pizza Crust where applicable.
Entire Full 200g Keto Crust is only 6 Grams Net Carb

Q. What nut free options are available on the menu?
A. Most of the menu is free of nuts. The following are items that have or may contain nuts:
The Low Carb Keto Crust contains nuts
The Pistachio Lemon cake contains nuts
Nuts may be present in the Double Chocolate Cake and menu items containing Dried Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds or Sesame Seeds (i.e. Hummus) due to processing in a shared facility
Q. What vegetarian options are available on the menu?
A. All salads & starters, as well as over 50% of pizzas are vegetarian

Starters: Brentwood, Charleswood, Connaught, Knob Hill, MacEwan

Q. What vegan options are available on the menu?
A. Most of the menu is vegetarian (see vegetarian options above).
Simply substitute the regular cheese for original vegan mozzarella, natural vegan cheeze or no cheese at all on any vegetarian menu item.
Vegan Cheeses are NOT Daiya. They melt and taste delicious.
Add Plant based Beyond Meat Burger or Sausage Crumble to any Vegan menu item
You can also create your own pizza from over 30 vegan ingredients
Q. What dairy free options are available on the menu?
A. The entire menu can be made dairy free.
Only menu items listed with cheese as an ingredient have dairy.
Simply substitute the regular cheese for original vegan mozzarella, natural vegan cheeze or no cheese at all on any menu item.
Vegan Cheeses are NOT Daiya. They melt and taste delicious.
You can also create your own pizza from over 30 dairy free ingredients.
Organic Goat Cheese is available for those who can tolerate it.
Q. What environmental sustainability practices are you implementing?
A. We are essentially a zero waste premises.
We reuse what we can and the little 'waste' we do produce is composted or recycled.
All of our packing is compostable, biodegradable, or recyclable.
Over 90% of our ingredients are sourced locally from natural & organic growers & producers.
We are bullfrog powered to off-set our energy use.
Q. What are employment conditions like for team members?
A. While we expect excellence of our team through hard work, challenge and dedication to the craft, we also foster an environment of safe space, respect, reward, and balance. In an industry notorious for over working and under paying employees we work hard to be an outlier. Full-Time team members make a living wage and work no more than approximately 44 hours per week (unless by request), giving them the time & resources to enjoy life outside of work.
Q. What is the Pie It Forward program on the chalkboard in the restaurant?
A. Pie It Forward is one of the ways we give back to the community that supports us.
Its a Pay It Forward meets Food Justice program.
The equivalent of a portion of sales gets put toward the program.
We also meet customer contributions dollar for dollar.
We use that spend for feeding those in need, helping raise money for charities by donating gift certificates for silent auction items, supporting arts and culture, and various other 'do good' initiatives.
